how to get around the forced upgrade page on bearsharelite?

This is bullshit I noticed while downloading this stupid Bearshare.exe file kept trying to download now when I start Bearsharelite it makes me choose an upgrade option? is there a way around this?
I just want the ****ing Bearsharelite I've been using all along? thanks
