Dowload/upload window

Hi,
I'm newbie here (so fare I was using Soulseek, which is now out of service) and have some questions about BearShare (simple for you, hard for me

):
How can I see my download and upload window?

Download window I had, but as I was checking ones users shared files, I lost it... Upload window I havent find so far...
