Tiene un virus ...

tienes que vacunar tu maquina,cuando te borre los virus lo borras y lo instalas de nuevo y asi va a funcionar,de hecho es una rutina o un script de java,con panda lo borra aunque se oiga comercial y por favor usen un antivirus eso es para todos que lo lean
