Chat scrolling Bug

Hi GregorK In 2.8.10.98 As the chat window is filled up it will not scroll down. This has to be done manually Mac OSX 10.3.9
I never saw Phex chat work before! It's good:) ...

We just chattet for a few hours, some days ago :)

It was also the first time, the chat worked for me. It seems, it doesn't work with 2.8.2, though. But they should be replaced by the new versions, anyway :)

I have no problems with scrolling on Windows, it does it by itself. But I added additional scrolling commands to it, I just dont know if it changes anything for you...
Check out latest SVN.
