comment reprendre un fichier abandonné ?

bonjour,
j' ai accidentellement "abandonné un telechargement : il a marqué "abandonné" et je ne parviens pas à reprendre ce telechargement. L'icone reprendre ne s'allume pas et pzar ailleurs, on me dit qu'il est en cours de chargement . que faire pour reprendre ?
