One of my kids downloaded frostwire to my pc and I have notice all sorts of problems since, I want to take it off but it attaches its self to other programs and might cause my pc to crash. I dont have any money to go to the geek squad, What can i do?

It should be an easy process of going to the start menu, Frostwire folder and choose Uninstall. That will remove the program

Settings folder, not so important but can be found in the appdata folder of the user's account.

Download and incomplete folder is usually found in the user documents folder. Check all items in the folder with your Anti-virus and see if your child wishes to keep any of the files before deleting those folders.
