frostwire 4 not connecting

Hi All,
I'm new to this forum.
does anyone know where to get the replacement gnutella.net file so I can solve my connection issue in frostwire 4.21.8?
I did have it at one time, and it worked, but must have got whizzed out on an old flash drive and can't seem to find it anywhere else. Your expert help is much appreciated.
