Default Connection Problems

Well I was having problems getting Limewire to connect so I thought I'd download Frostwire...but came up with the exact same problem. Dunno if there are any different things you can try for Frostwire but I thought I'd ask.

I have Windows XP Firewall that is granting access to Frostwire but it still shows a wall in front of the blue globe in the program. Umm I have DSL with a DLink router DL-524. UPnP is enabled on the router.

I've tried everything suggested for Limewire in the Connection Problems forum for Frostwire with no change in connection. Still has one bar and says connecting to network.

Thanks in advance for any help or suggestions
