Exclamation Getting Frustrated...please advise!!

Hello all! I am new to the community and up in arms already... I keep trying to run frostwire and it says I am behind a firewall. I contacted my internet provider and they were able to ping my computer, and it showed no problems. I run Windows ME, so no problem with an internal windows firewall. Norton is disabled. No ZoneAlarm or anything else to be causing this. Please help!! LOL I am at my wits end.....

Thanks in Advance!

Did you configure your firewall so it allows FW full access (advisable not to have 2 active firewalls b/c they can interfere with each other); Firewall configuration instructions (click on link) _ (Same instructions as LW!)
From what I've heard, Norton is a better Firewall than ZA. You could disable ZA, & instead *Configuring Norton Internet Security

If you are using a router, then router have it own firewall. for a router to allow the FW to get through, then port-forward it
