![]() Ok I've been looking around the forums for awhile to see if someone has already posted a solution, but no luck. When I open frostwire it connects with an excellent connection, the files start to downloading upwards to 250 kb/s depending on the number of files. Then slowly the downloads slow down till 0 kb/s and I lose my connection. Anyone with Ideas?? oh I am running windows xp w/sp2 windows firewall enabled d-link DI-604 router speedtouch 510 highspeed modem ISP: kw.igs.net |

![]() Hi hyper89, Go into the Download/Upload section of the LimeWire forum, read through the stickies at the top. Do you mean that you lose connection to the host, or connection to the network? This thread might help a bit ![]() http://www.gnutellaforums.com/showth...ad+speed+stops Last edited by birdy; December 31st, 2005 at 04:42 PM. |

![]() Hmmm, that's a good question since I've long suspected this is the case with my ISP as well. Only easy thing that springs to mind immediately is to ping a host and look at the times. I usually use ping.symantec.com since it was set up solely for that purpose. |
