Is frostwire having any issues with Direct Connect by chance?

I have the lastest Frostwire, my friend and I can DL randomly off other people, but we can't seem to direct connect to eachother completely.
He can browse me, but I show up as busy all the time, but no one is DLing off me at the time. Everything's set to allow him to do so and I disabled my firewall.

I'm at a loss.

Direct connect works better if you both have chat enabled (tools > options > chat > tick enable chat & apply).

Make sure you both have only 1 firewall running & that they're configured properly.

I, at least, got the firewall icon off while keeping the firewall active. Found some more good tips, also.
I'll help him configure his firewall and make sure he has the chats enabled when he gets home. Maybe it'll work

mine took a little longer than expected today, but it was fine after.
