HELP ME PLEASE Ive deleted files I need for Pro -I'm an idiot (I know)

OK, so I'm completely new at this internet stuff--I just got the =
internet today and paid for the Limewire Pro and got Frostwire (somehow) website services. then, I started getting spyware messages from my internet protection provider and I said OK delete the files and NOW i see I can't access the Limewire Pro or Frostwire services because I deleted stuff that I needed (and that I paid for) and I cannot figure out how to reinstall the program that I just paid for today (but tech support says I'm not a registered paid member--my email address isn't recognised). The message I get from Limewire is below, on frostwire, i justcan't get a connection. I'm awfully sorry, but can you help me so I don't have to go through the hassle of voiding the credit card payment and starting over. This should be fixable (shouldn't it?) but I can't find the site I used to download the original program files and the email I got is also gone!
so please help me get this back as I was really having fun downloading
stuff and now it isn't so much fun.
