excusez moi...frostwire download problem nifty threads you got here....but i was hoping one of my own problems might be solved whenever i search for a music file to download, i have to search and search and search, till i find a file, that when hovering my mouse over it, displays information, if this lovely bit of information does NOT display a length (as in length of a music track) i can NOT download the file, is there a way for me to download other files that dont display it? oh, and has anyone else been vexed with this here particular problem? g'day |
Not sure if I've understood correctly, but it sounds as though the files with no length might be fakes. Have you tried to download these & do they sit 'connecting' for ages before going straight to 'need more sources'? There are fakes around now which are typically new releases/really popluar, heaps of sources (100+ sometimes). If this sounds like the type of file, stay away from the ones with huge numbers of sources... go for a file with 10 sources or less. Also, vary your search terms... look for artist or album rather than song title & try using the All Types search. Sorry if I've misunderstood your question:) |
nope sound slike you hit the nail on the head, ty i was confused because i could never download the most downloaded files so if i do find a song it takes ages, oh well... |
