is frostwire safe to run
 
hi all is frostwire beta safe to use i dont want something thats gona crash my computer and caus me to redo stuff. thanks in advance tony

If you're greatly concerned then wait for the official new release. But I personally would have confidence in it. Depends whether it's the mac or windows version though.

BTW reading the beta reports by others will give you an idea if there are serious problems or not. Or simply just the odd simple bug. It will also help you to see the advantage of the new improvements. But only use it if you feel confident. Beta testing is mostly for finding out if there's problems with new developments & additions. But sometimes the beta is so good it becomes the official version. Some people like to use the new improvements immediately.

You could always run the beat on a Virtual Pc, or VMware - then if it crashes it shouldn't affect you host OS
