![]() 1st & foremost, you must find your FrostWire preferences folder; How to find your FrostWire Preferences folder (that link is how to delete them but it also shows how to find them!) Then open this folder & you will find the gnutella.net file inside. Drag & drop it onto a notepad empty document to open it. Then make the changes. Save the file. You must only do this whilst the FrostWire program is CLOSED!!! ![]() |

![]() If you've been downlding & uploading heavily then perhaps your ISP has decided you're doing too much. I do know Cox does this on specific users. They are reknown for doing this; find them on the list here ISP's known to BLOCK or Filter p2p or specifically Limewire If you follow the directions earlier in this thread then it should work on condition that Cox is not shaping/blocking your use of FrostWire. There's a more thorough change to make to the file in question if you see et voila's Sticky thread near the top of this FrostWire forum section. ![]() ![]() |

![]() Not sure. Ask one of their techs if they're honest enough or knowledgable to tell you. Enabling open info ... is normal. Everybody sees that. See what happens when you download a magnet link from a site: http://www.magnetmix.com/video.shtml |
