Help, please! (all downloads busy hosts or need more sources)

Hi. I'm having some troubles with Frostwire. Every time I click on a song, it goes into the 'downloading' box. Every time, though, it always switches it's status on 'Waiting on Hosts' or 'Needs More Sources.' It never finds sources, and I've retried limitless times. It just doesn't work. Someone please help?
