24,000kbps?

Hi,

I tested my University's internet download speed at 24,000kbps at Speedtest.net - The Global Broadband Speed Test and I was wondering what connection would that be categorised under in Frostwire? T1, T2, or T3?

If you have no faster option than T3, use that.
