ultrapeers? See About - Lime Wire for a description. :)
The people who help you connect to the network are ultrapeers. Your connection window will show the ultrapeers you are connected to. If your FrostWire is running as an ultrapeer, it will be connected to a great many leafs (non-ultrapeers).

I have not heard of uberpeer. But uber is a prefix meaning a great/super example of something.

überpeers eh.....if your IP traced to Deutschland then I might understand, but since it traces to the UK I don't....geee...I wonder which banned troll you are...anybody care to wager?....I got my prime computation based guess and would love to put that person to 'rest' (permanently if you get my drift...small caliber bullet right behind the ear)
