frostwire on ubuntu
 
i just got Ubuntu yesterday and it is my first time ever using anything other than Microsoft/ windows. i am having alot of trouble tryin to download frostwire and other applications can someone plaese help me out?

Hi hkilla,

First of all, make sure that you're downloading from the official FW site. Click on the blue link below & then on the Ubuntu button & you should be able to download the right installer: FrostWire.com - Official Website - Download Free P2P BitTorrent/Gnutella Client - No Subscriptions, Just Download and Install

There aren't many Linux users helping on this forum ATM. If you run into troubles with your install of FW then you might be better off asking at the FW forum - they may have more Linux users there:)
