Behind a firewall.

Yes, I've read many, many stickies on fixes for this.
But I am still behind a firewall.
UPnP is enabled.
My Windows Firewall is disabled, completely.
Ports are forwarded, and working.
But I am STILL, behind a firewall..

Any help?
