hosts connect problem?
 

Hi all,
I'm using Phex on Linux Mandrake 8.0 with the JRE 1.2.2 from blackdown (IIRC). It works all right, but why do I get so many errors when trying to connect to hosts, particularly with the generic ones (e.g. gnutellahosts.com & co.)? LimeWire worked perfectly, so I'm quite sure it's not a LAN problem, and I am not behind a firewall (which does make things easier).
Any ideas, suggestions, flames, etc?

Those "errors" are no errors at all but just part of the perfectly normal connection-process. It simply takes many tries to find a host which does accept the connection.
