Default documentation?

hello,
don't actually know who i'm supposed to direct this to. I'm doing a final year computer science project on gnutella peers. part of it invoves trying some of my own developments on a peer. So far i have managed to run some small test programs making use of some of the classes in Phex however i'm having difficulty figuring out the Phex design is there any documentation for the packages?
thanks!
