Problem after build

I had no problem to checkout phex with CVS and then to build, but when I want to start phex, I have the following message:
Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NoClassDefFoudError: phex/jar

My EXACT error message is:

java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: javax/xml/bind/JAXBException
at phex.query.QueryManager.<init>(Unknown Source)
at phex.common.ServiceManager.init(Unknown Source)
at phex.common.ServiceManager.getManager(Unknown Source)
at phex.f.main(Unknown Source)

Copy all jar files below /phex/thirdparty/sun into the directory where the phex.jar is located.

Thank you. I copied these file and xalan.jar and now it works fine.

Actually you don't need the xalan.jar.
Do you have problems without it??

I removed xalan.jar to test and you are right, I don't need it
