![]() Hi, I am downloading a file, which has several hundred candidates. while the othe candidates would be 'waiting', many would have 'connection failed waiting 20m', or '1h 10m' ..etc wouldn't it be better to move on to the next candidate. Where does it get the wait period. |

![]() When the connection is failed Phex doubles the waiting time. But it will continue to connect to other candidates. The max number of parallel connections Phex will try can be configured in the download options. When you have more candidates then allowed parallel connection the candidates will have the status waiting until a parallel connection is free again (maybe because somewhere else a connection has failed).
