More then 3 connetions

How do you connect to more then 3 UltraPeers? In another post, it was said to wait for 3 to 6 connections... Other clients can connect to 6 and up ultrapeers, but it seems impossible with Phex...

Usually if you have 3 Ultrapeer connections you are fine.
But things have been improved.
