Bug: Incorrect Upload Count

Phex seems to count not only uploads, but the threads used for the download, so that one download can be counted as up to four. That way a higher upload count is created, which shows me for example, that one of my files has been downloaded 733 times in about 2 weeks, which is impossible considering my connections speed (ISDN).

I assume it also counts each chunk seperately, which naturally really drives the upload count up to the sky, but I couldn't verify this.

Yes its chunk counting. I have no idea on how to do it differently. Usually you will never see somebody download a complete file from you anymore.
Any suggestions on how else the counting could be done?

Don't count it, if the same hosts downloads another part of the file, but save, which hosts downloaded and what, and only increase the number, if either the downloader for the same file changes, another file is downloaded by the same downloader, or an untracked downloader downloads an not yet uploaded file.

Or simply save the downloading hosts and the downloaded files (per session) and don't change the upoad count, if one of those hosts accesses the same file again.
