Hi,

I'd love to have two sliders for sharing: One for the times, when I actively download something and one for the times, when all my downloads are pending or I do nothing.
They should be connected in such a way, that one is always below the other one, and when I push the lower on (when I download) further up, than the upper one, they should go up together. Same vice versa.

That way I could get better download speeds, while others could download from me more easily, when my downloads don't find hosts, which is quite often (I'm at 56k at the moment and I need to restrict upload speed heavily to get half-decent download speeds. Sadly this means, that during the times I don't download anything, peope can download from me with only 1.5kB/s. I want to change this, but still get good download speeds.)
