Unhappy connection problems

I used Phex 0.9 with no problems but now I can't get any connections with phex 2.0. I keep seeing "connection closed by remote host." I'm using WindowsXP and run Norton Internet Security 2003. I've trying everything I can think of. On the rare times I have gotten a connection (less than 10 mins) I can't download, I keep seeing "Ignored by candidate." If anyone has any hints they would be grealy appreciated. Feel free to email me at PERSONAL INFO

Try calling your ISP to see if they are blocking P2P. Whenever my ISP cuts off my connection every 24hours, a message pops up saying similar.
Also, are your firewalls (both Norton and XP's built-in one) configured to allow Phex to do it's job?

I managed to get this error too, but it went away when I stopped limiting my download bandwidth. Would you be limiting yours at the moment?
