Notes:
Bug fix release with many improvements and fixes on the download engine.


Changes:
- GUI: Show segment rating in 'rate' column
- GUI: New download and upload images.
- GUI: right-click on a downloading file to alter the segment selection strategy (under 'ordering')

- CORE: Default segment selection strategy depends on whether the file is streamable (ie: previewable during download), unstreamable, or unknown. (See docs/specifications/Rating.htm for more details - not yet avaible)

- FIXED: Priority sorting wasn't working, resulting in files always being downloaded in order, regardless of segment "rating"
- FIXED: If a download is stopped, it was possible that extra data is saved in some segments.

i have installed this version , download is ok , but it seems that into my upload bar al uploads to other cliennts are aborted . not by me .

when i go to statistics i see :

dowmload : average = 23
upload=average = 137 bytes

i have set my upload tp 20kb/s but in statistics : max=1,5kb/s

so the settings for downloads seems to be correct , the settings for upload are not .

using linux -suse 9.1 - pro - 2.6 kernel-

Do you mean you see your own IP, or 127.0.0.1?

Were you downloading that named file at that moment?

there where 2 sources i was on of them .

file status : waiting not downloading , i have probaly push search button , when that come up .

Then it means, you hit a loop in Gnutella.... shouldn't happen normally.

I assumme you couldn't download from yourself, or could you?

You client announces, that it has part of the file.

Waiting, not downloading would then mean, Phex will check if the host might have something it doesn't have, later on (something that won't happen, for logical reasons :-) )
