Download screen i'm new at this, and i am downloading, but nothing is showing up on my download page. whats going on? |
Could you give some more info on you? What OS? What Version of Phex? What exactly did you do (steps)? I guess, you got search results... else you wouldn't wait for somethign to appearin the download list. Did you click "fast download" or "download"? |
I'm using Windows XP, Phex version 2.0076. I double clicked on my search results, so i guess the quick download. Also, can you cancel quick downloads? thank you for helping |
You can only cancel them in the download pane... Try choosing teh download and clicking the "quick download" button. If that doesn't help, please post it! |
I did a search, picked a file and clicked the quick download button at the bottom of the page. I went to the download tab and nothing appeared in candidates or segments. what do the _/_/_ mean, next to downloads in the bottom left (next to connections? |
Did you click on the file in the download-pane? The _/_/_ are "active dls/queued dls/remaning sources" (Somebody corect me, if it is not remaining sources, but "number of all sources"). |
That's the problem, there are no files listed in the download pane. they aren't showing up. But i have 20 on que that i can't stop or get rid of. |
Then I assume phex doesn't have write permissions on its files. Try deleting all preferences files of phex. I don't know where Phex saves them on Windows. On my Mac it is a folder named ".phex" in my user-folder. |
