Default Router plus Firewall

Hello I recently have installed a router with firewall.
I have exported my host IP and Phex connects and I can download, but I never see any uploads.
Do I have to change settings in the routers firewall in order to share my files again ?

RaaF (a router newbie)

A router is relativly easy to configure (plus it's cool to have a home network ) if you read my post in that thread http://www.gnutellaforums.com/showth...threadid=25119 Also, with a router, there is usually a firewall on it (my linksys have one), meaning that you can uninstall the one on your machine!

Bonne chance

et voilá,

I had a closer look at my router, but it seems I cannot open a port in it.
(Eminent 4012)
I can hoever use a DMZ:

quote/>
DMZ(Demilitarized Zone)

"If you have a local client PC that cannot run an Internet application properly from behind the NAT firewall, then you can open the client up to unrestricted two-way Internet access by defining a Virtual DMZ Host. "

So that is what I did now.

Offcourse I still have ZoneAlarm installed on the PC.

Should this setting be OK or am I overlooking anything ?
I still get no uploads you see.
