Im Always Waiting!
 
Once two files are d/l for some reason I cant d/l anymore files. It just says 23 waiting or 42 waiting, I have gone to Options>Settings and changed my bandwidth and max downloads and all that, anyone know what could be the problem?

P.S. I'm Running Windows 98 and Phex version 2.0.0.76
