Phex 0.5.4 released |
Gregor I just wanted to point out that this release is mainly Gregorīs work, so letīs all give him a big applause for implementing one of the most requested features (the search monitorīs OFF-switch). I just packaged and released it. Thanks to Gregor and enjoy the latest release, Konrad |
Hehehe, This is my lucky day I guess, today I got a faster cable connection and a new version of Phex........ Looks good this version meine herren Phex has come a long way, since I started using it (version 0.2.0) RaaF (happy boy) |
Thanks Gregor You the man Gregor. I'll try out the new version when I get home. |
Using it for MacOSX I'm using phex for MacOSX.0.4 and it works fine (only one freezup, don't know why, and easily closed the prog and reopened). But I had to learn how to use the command line before it worked. If you want to get it to MacUsers, just include a Readme (MacOSX) in which you specify, that they should use the command line and the command: java -jar <location of the phex.jar> it works fine. Especially the passive search is great when I search for something very popular (saves bandwith for all and I can let it run for hours, if necessary). free_bound (already requested my psw again) |
correction: java -jar (location of the phex.jar) free_bound |
Or, you could download the fully packaged MacOS X version of Phex that comes with pretty icons and double click convenience. http://macxster.n3.net/ |
Can you post that to gnutelliums? Can you post that to gnutelliums? It would save much time if it were avaible here (about 2 hours *g*) free_bound |
