Default Maximize Uploads

I have a 10 MBIT server running Phex 2.2.0.83 for Linux

I am looking for a way to maximize this servers ability to send out files to the P2P community.

I am currently working on a project to get small artists some world wide exposure.

Right now I am configured not to be an ultrapeer but to be an ultraleaf and connect to 99 other ultrapeers.

I have adjusted the settings for bandwidth etc to match my connection.

Just curious to see if there is anything better I could be doing.

Also has anyone noticed that after about 900 uploads Phex seems to stop serving files or slow to a crawl? Any ides on how to get around this?

THanks
