incorrect upload/download rate Hi. I have been wondering how does phex calculate upload/download rate in general. I have a feeling that it just takes the amount of data already uploaded/downloaded and divides by number of seconds. Than I for example see, when downloading, that the rate is 10 kB/s, 00:30:00 left but watching changing of the amount of downloaded data I see something compleetly different, for example 3 kB/s, which means three times longer to download. I would suggest that phex looks only at the amount of downloaded/uploaded data for last let's say 60 seconds (or something like that) so the time left is more appropriate. Javier. |
This problem will be fixed in Phex 0.6. |
