a huge log-file...
 

as my hd says, there's no space anymore i checked that and found a log with about 60 gb!

so, whatfor is that log phex.log.x and how can i disable logging? i didn't find anying in config

A few thing to try:

go into phex.cfg (in the same folder as the log) and delete the lines beginning with:

loggerVerboseLevel
logType
maxLogFileLength

If you have a file named: "logging.properties", delete it.

If you use a CVS-Version, delete "phex/resources/logging.properties" and update your cvs.

Else, check your rights (is phex allowed to delete that file?)
