Why id it that every time i try to download a file it go on thr ""{{Waiting mode}}"". Everyone is uploading from me, but i can't seem to be able to get anything.

Have you shut down Phex and started it up again?


90+% of the files I go to download arn't available, 9 % are semi slow to download and 1% are prime.

Considering this is a peer network and NOT server based, it is better the 99.9% not availalbe and the rest maybe.


I'm geussing alarge part of it is my bandwidth.
