I have Phex now exactly configurated like I have it on XP (and there I get up to 60/70 KB), yet no changes here on Vista. Ultrapeers connected for not longer than 60-90 sec and not more than 5 at a time and Peers can't connect at all.... Do I miss something....?? Any idea??

Maybe vista has some different connection management or some Java Blocks, which affect Phex? Maybe the firewall still makes problems? Other then that, no clue...
