 Incomplete files ( on XP ) Using Phex with XP, all my incomplete files do not show up in the download window? Is it possible to restart them (though they are not shown) and what could be the reason for it to happen??

| The reason might be, that Phex lost the information about them (which are in $PhexConfigFolder/downloads.xml iirc). That would mean, that you'll have to search and download them again. (sadly we can't recover them easily, iirc). It is also possible, that Phex crashed or similar and that way lost some information.
