Is my question Alowed?

i'm not realy shore if my question is alowed on the forums, but becouse
this is a "Shareing" program it is not Illegal to get programs from it so is it Legal to ask people if they could put a program onto it by useing this forum?

i just want to know before i put up the name of the program i'm after.

Your logic is a little flawed. While it is a filesharing program, it doesn't give you any rights to copyrighted software, movies, music, ect, that you haven't legally purchased. You could be subject to prosecution by your local authorities for any laws you break. You d/load at your own risk .
