 I found it! I found the problem. If I use passive search (and I use this at all times), then Phex GUI is extremely slow even I'm not enabling the search monitor (I never enable this anyway). When I stop the passive search, Phex works as fast as always! Hehehe, I can continue running Phex (it's been running for 2 days non stop now).
