I turned visibility on for the 0.6 release.

- SourceForge.net: Files

Might I know for what you need it?

Best wishes,
Arne

I think you are looking for Gnutella 0.6 source, which would be the most current release.
Phex 0.6 is 6 years old and likely only supports Gnutella 0.4.

You can find the current release at sourceforge, too:
- SourceForge.net: Files

But better still, you can download the current working repository with teh most recent developments which haven't even been packed into a release yet (but are fully functional, as my full-time running svn phex shows quite nicely):
- Subversion - PhexWiki

Thanks Arne, I need it for my research project. I actually need a small gnutella 0.6 based p2p program in Java, which I intend to develop further on my own. I had a look at the source and it looks complicated.

Yes Gregor, you got that right. I need a simple p2p on gnutella 0.6

Thanks,
Joe

It might be complicated, but depending on what you need to do, your changes might not be that hard to realize.

In the case that you're willing to invest some time to get into the code:
What do you want to do?

Besides: Do you understand everything on Main Page - Gnufu ?
If you want to do research on Gnutella, this should be a starting point to understand the concepts.
The step after that is to see how they were implemented: Gnutella Protocol Specification - Gnutella Specification

Thanks Arne, I went through the gnutella protocol and also found out a simplified version of this protocol in some hobby project. I have attached the doc.

Kindly guide me in this matter

Thanks
Joe
