There's a new official/stable Phex release available, version: 3.4.2.116

- CORE: Improved bootstrap process to ensure faster connection.
- CORE: Upgrade leafs without search activity to ultrapeers in case they are
expected to be valuable.
- CORE: In case Phex appears to be offline it will attempt to reconnect every
two minutes.

- FIXED: Upload queuing bug causing to many parallel uploads.
- FIXED: Problems with large files.
- FIXED: Minor UI rendering errors.
