GGEP extensions I did also tests with QueryHit messages. The problem is the same: there are GGEP extensions in the QUERY messages sent by PHEX to JTELLA that are not well understood by JTELLA. After some hard coding in JTELLA, the problem is solved, but that should also need some adjustments in PHEX code. ___________ Ivan Lovric ESECO SYSTEMS |

Seems fixed in SVN by Gregor: SourceForge.net Repository - [phex] Revision 4480 Could you check if the error persists with a current SVN build? You're great, Gregor!

Sorry but GGEP is placed inside an extension area in query and query hit messages this should be compatible AFAIK even to 0.4 specs. Again I don't see a reason to still support outdated servents that miss widespread features defined already since early 2002. |

Tests with new PHEX version I did the tests today with version 3.4.2.138. Unfortunately, that doesn't work with JTella, even with modified JTella. When going back to version 3.4.2.116 of PHEX (without GGEP correction), the modified Jtella 0.8 works again :-( __________ Ivan Lovric ESECO SYSTEMS |

Sorry to hear this.. I verified the changes I made and they should be correct. As I can see there should be no GGEP data in the Pong message anymore... Last edited by GregorK; August 18th, 2009 at 04:06 PM. |
