![]() AFAIK Gnutella.com has nothing to do with any of the clients or the network. Nobody owns Gnet, so you wouldn't be violating anything with that site. If you develop a Gnet client, you are not violating any copyright law either. The software is completely legal, if the users download copyrighted material, that exceeds your responsability (though some lawyers do not see it that way). Yes, Gnutella is a p2p network and no, it does not have a central server. It did (or does) have some servers where the programs asked about a list of IPs that were needed to connect to the network, but the network has always been decentralised.
