BearShare descriptor 49 !? Can someone tell me what is this packet I am getting from BearShare ? [0][0][0][0][0][0][0][0][0][0][0][0][0][0][0][0][49][1][0][9][0][0][0][66][69][65][82][5][0][1][0][7] Payload Descriptor here is byte 49 ? what is this ? thanks |
It's probably something unique to Bearshare. You can check the GDF(Gnutella Developer Forum) Group on Yahoo and see if any new packets have come into existance. AFAIK 0,1,128,129,64 (all values are decimal)are the only valid payload descriptors. |

Wow the never ending Bearshare packets question. Since this is one of the most common Bearshare questions ever there really needs to be an answer for this in the Bearshare board that stays at the top. I forget exactly what it is, but it wasn't bad or spy stuff just some info like update announcements or something like that. |
