Gnutella client with Visual Basic.NET

Hello !
Can someone help me to build Gnutella client with Visual Basic.NET ? I would like to create Gnutell client which can search in all P2P networks. Where I can find detailed information about Gnutella protocol ?

Searching all networks is always good, hope you can do it. Shareaza and a couple others are working on that.

But using .NOT is a death sentence for a p2p program. Look at Overnet and learn from other's mistakes. Programs coded in .NOT suffer a painful death or get rewrote.
