heard from a friend that limewire might be shutting down

I heard from my friend that helped rebuild winmx after they were shut down, that limewire is about to go through the same thing, and that it may not be able to be rebuilt.
although i seriously doubt it i feel I need confirmation, because im a bit nervouse
