How long till clients give up ?

My network is besieged by attempts to enter on port 6346; the person who put Limewire on the LAN has taken it off, but the router logs still show the attempts from outside.

How long till the machines on the outside figure out not to bother ? How is the client side code written to this issue ?

People like these "mods" are worse than the RIAA, the MPAA, the US and the Chinese government together. Those people are at least doing stuff for fun and profit. In contrast, these "mods" are nothing but an example of anticipatory obedience. They are a blatant shame for Gnutella and mankind as a whole.

Can I laugh now???? I would NEVER trust an exe program from any loser on this forum and I hope no one with half a brian downloads it.

Don't really want to download it lol. If he did make it and it is a virus anti-virus softwear might not know about it...
