Question Should to save ping forever?

Hi. I´m trying to develop a Gnutella client and I have some questions.

I read that pongs must come back by the same way they go. That means I have to save (dinamically) pings arrived. do I must keep them forever? (memory out soon, I think). I must wait a second and kill them? What do I must to do?

Excuse my english and thanks to help.

If I recall correctly, Pings, Queries and QueryHits should be stored for about 10 minutes.
That's important so you can route back Pongs, QueryHits and PushRequests.

You should probably write a method 'CleanUpOldMsgs()' or something like that, which you call regularly in your program.
